Internal strip out, de-fit and Make Good include the removal of all floor coverings, temporary floors and ceilings, non-load bearing partitions, mechanical and electrical systems including lighting, cables, cable trays, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and the disconnection and removal of utilities – gas, electricity, water and telecommunications for your office, restaurant, retail shop, warehouse, factory or any commercial building or lease needing an upgrade.
Planning is integral to the efficiency of this service and work is carried out quickly and safely within set guidelines to ensure effective implementation prior to the commencement of the works. This includes work being undertaken during normal working hours, out of hours, or on a 24-hour shift basis as required.
Our team are experienced and trained in carrying out internal de-fit, internal strip out and Make Good projects where there is a requirement for non-structural elements of a building to be removed. Our aim is to save you money.
We use de-fit, strip out and Make Good techniques where we can remove recyclable materials such as timber, metal and plastics, prior to the full demolition of site or where a building is undergoing major refurbishment.
We plan our internal strip outs, de-fits and Make Goods systematically and ensure that site management is of the highest quality. Our strip out and de-fit approach allows us to segregate waste materials and which in return enables us to recycle. We currently aim to recycle 95% of all materials.

End of Lease
Camino Property Services is very experienced in supporting the services you require for end of lease. At the end of your lease you are required to complete some or all of the following at your tenancy:
- Demolish and remove all partitions, fixtures and fittings, joinery, unwanted office furniture;
- Remove all redundant power, data and lighting;
- Reinstate carpet, ceilings and services;
- Complying Development Certificate; and
- Handover of tenancy to recover your bank guarantee
